Funding

Once a listing is successful, it automatically enters the funding status. The funding window is set when the property hunters enter the listing information. There is no fixed length for the funding window, property hunters should adjust the duration length according to factors like property risk profile, investment amount, etc.

If the funding target is reached or the funding window has closed, funds can no longer be committed to the listing. If the funding target is not met before the funding window ends, funds will be returned to the investors and the listing will be removed from the active list.
