Listing

Property hunters source the best available real estate deals using their expertise and network. After completing their discussions with the estate owner, property hunters submit the listing to REDAO.

REDAO team is responsible for the due diligence prior to listing. This includes verifying the ownership and real estate details, completing AML check on the estate owner, and assessing the real estate value.

Once due diligence is completed, the information will be available for REDAO token holders. The listing approval will need to be voted by the token holders before the real estate is successfully listed on the REDAO platform.
